What this site is

Evriko collects prices published on the websites of shops that sell in Cyprus and puts them side by side. It is an information service.

We are not a party to anything you buy. The contract, the payment, the warranty and the returns are between you and the shop.

Prices can be wrong

Prices are collected automatically, several times a day for most shops and less often for a few that block automated access. Between two collections a shop can change its price, run out of stock, or restructure its site.

So: always check the final price on the shop's own page before buying. Every offer links to the page it came from, and each one shows when we last saw it.

If a price is wrong, the product page has a form to tell us. We read those.

How results are ordered

This matters, so it is written down plainly.

— In a category you choose the order yourself: newest first, cheapest first, or most expensive first. Nothing else influences it.

— In search, results are ranked by how well the product name matches what you typed, then by how many shops sell it. Accessories are pushed below full products, because a search for a phone should not return a phone case first.

— On a product page, offers are sorted by price, cheapest first, and the cheapest is marked.

No shop pays for a position anywhere on this site, and none can. We have no advertising and no paid placement. If that ever changes, it will be labelled on the listing itself and described here before it goes live.

Product names, images and descriptions

They belong to the shops and manufacturers. We show them to identify the product and always link back to the source.

If you are a rights holder and want your material removed, write to info@evriko.shop and say which pages are affected.

What we do not promise

That prices, availability or specifications are accurate or current — see above.

That the site is always available. It is a small operation on modest hardware.

We are not liable for a purchase you made because of what you saw here. Check the price at the shop.

Using the site fairly

Read it, search it, follow the links. Do not scrape it wholesale, do not try to break it, and do not abuse the price report form.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.

If part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
